Start of Trip

-Be greeted at U.S. departing Airport by one of our Gringo's.
-Gringo will help fill out paperwork while going through immigration once landed in Guatemala.
-Gringo will be last person through immigration so no one is "left behind"
-After luggage retrieval is finished, Gringo will escort out of airport and into transportation.
*This step can be intimidating as there is typically a large loud crowd right outside of the doors.
-Once transport vehicle is loaded with luggage and all parties, the real adventure begins as you take off into Guatemala city.

End of Trip

-Departure morning at Airport-
-Once transport vehicle is unloaded with luggage and all parties, Gringo will escort into the airport and all luggage and tickets will be collected.
-After luggage and ticketing is finished, Gringo will escort out of airport and into security.
-Gringo will help fill out paperwork while going through immigration back in the U.S.
-Gringo will be last person through security in Guatemala and Immigration in the U.S. so no one is "left behind".
-Once through immigration, Gringo will say farewell as everyone heads off to their own terminals for their flights home.

Peace of Mind

-You can choose the level of your Gringo's involvement at any given time
-There will be times in which you feel safe enough to want to go venture out on your own and not have your Gringo with you
-There will be times in which you want your Gringo, right next to you.

-You will always have a English speaking Guatemalan accompanying a Gringo as well.
-This ensures that nothing is missed during speaking interactions with native Guatemalans and easily allows for translation to take place at all times

*Even If your package does split the group up then another Gringo and Guatemalan will accompany the 2nd group for that day's activities.

Experience

-You will feel and be safe at all times
*unless you make a decision to depart from your Gringo. At which you only have to make it back to your designated area where your Gringo will be.

-You will be treated as family and have such encounters throughout your trip.

-You will travel, interact and see as if you were a native Guatemalan.
*which no other agency is able to provide that level of intimacy.
